Mum went to Sonya Lodge at the beginning of the year. It has been lovely to see her settled and happy in her new environment. This is wholly due to the care and kindness of the management and all the carers and even the kitchen and cleaning staff. She is treated as an individual, always referred to by name and her individual needs and preferences are catered for. When mum has required a doctor to visitor or ambulance to take her to hospital the carers have been prompt in taking action and updating me.
