Dear staff at Abbotsleigh Care Centre. Just a little token to say thank you for the wonderful way you cared for Grandma whilst she was with you. Despite her wish to go home, she never failed to praise you! We all saw how she blossomed in the company of staff and residents and we also felt valued and loved during our visits. For us as a family it was wonderful to experience âtaking Grandma outâ as we did on several occasions ‘ both around the grounds and to the local garden centre. During the last two phone calls with Grandma, she finished with “God bless you all” which reassured me that she felt safe and settled with you all.
