On behalf of our family, I would like to express our gratitude to you all for the wonderful way you looked after Mum while she was in your care. It was not easy to hand over the care of a much-loved Mother to strangers, but in a very short space of time you became trusted friends to us and tender carers to our Mother. You showed every day that you were not just doing a job, you were doing something that you clearly cared a great deal about.
