Visiting and Staying in Touch

Our Homes are always open to welcome visitors, 7 days a week at any time.

Friends and family can call or visit any time and we are on hand to help residents with letter and email correspondence.

Family members of residents who have an interactiveMe profile can upload pictures and content at any time, to stay connected and keep in touch.

We encourage family and friends to join us for events, parties and outings taking place throughout the year. They are also very welcome to volunteer in the Home if they wish, which is a great way to get involved and spend quality time with a loved one.

Yes, family members are very welcome to book to stay for lunch.

We are always happy to cater for special occasions with family and friends such as birthdays and anniversaries, when a Tea Room or dining area can be reserved for a celebratory tea party or lunch.

Yes. You are welcome to take outings with family members or friends, providing they are pre-arranged and you are fit and well.

We also encourage family and friends to join us on our outings and local trips out which take place throughout the year.

Yes. We are only too delighted to welcome family members and friends into our Homes to volunteer their time with us and perhaps share a special skill with our residents. This can be organised with the Home Manager and be a one-off session or something more regular.
