Last week, we ran a fishing-themed afternoon here at Abbotsleigh Care Home, with all things nautical.
We displayed some fishing nets and all sorts of sea-related items. The residents enjoyed reminiscing about their fishing trips whilst practising a bit of magnetic fishing and other fishing games. We finished by reading ‘The Owl and the Pussycat’ and singing ‘Row Your Boat’.
