We’re incredibly proud to publish the 16th edition of Nellsar News, our group newsletter which is now in its sixth year! Packed with great articles and wonderful photos of our residents and staff, it truly shines a light on who we are and what we’re about.
The ‘Corporate News’ section in our latest issue features an update from our Learning and Development Manager Marisa Spice, showcasing our trainee Apprentice Nursing Associate Amy, plus staff who have recently successfully qualified from their apprenticeships. And there’s news about Care Vision from Project Manager Leo Mathew, highlighting how we are embracing this new technology to enhance our delivery of quality care.
We’ve included a special feature on our recently launched Nellsar Care and Cookery Book, created by Princess Christian Head Chef Cosmin Cristea, Head of Nutrition and Wellness Leni Wood and Head of Catering Services Adrian Silaghi, which is packed with nutritional insight, tempting recipes and food-related stories from our Homes.
In this section you’ll also find an insight into how our Homes embrace reminiscence activities, including The Daily Sparkle, with their residents as a way to engage individuals and boost their self-esteem.
